The time required to go through the lessons is about 1 to 1.5 hours per module. Plus the time it takes you to complete the exercises and design your strategies. In total, you can expect your time commitment for each week to be around 2 to 3 hours.

Some doctors prefer to use one day per week to do all the work required while others prefer to break it down in smaller chunks throughout the week. It’s entirely up to you.
